Thank you for your interest in our school. South Charnwood admits pupils of all abilities from 11—16 years of age (Years 7 to 11). It is a popular school with over 700 pupils on roll at present. The school is situated in twenty acres of open countryside and serves the nearby villages of Markfield, Thornton and Stanton-under-Bardon, as well as Leicester Forest East. South Charnwood could justifiably be called a ‘family’ school since it has educated several generations of many local families. Read more...
