Thank you for your interest in our school. South Charnwood currently admits pupils of all abilities from 10—14 years of age (Years 6, 7, 8 and 9) but from September 2014 we will become an 11-16 school. It is a popular school with 619 pupils on roll at present. The school is situated in twenty acres of open countryside and serves the nearby villages of Markfield, Thornton and Stanton-under-Bardon, as well as Leicester Forest East.
