Thank you for your interest in our school. South Charnwood currently admits pupils of all abilities from 11—15 years of age (Years 7, 8, 9 and 10) and from September 2015 we will also welcome Year 11, making us an 11-16 school. It is a popular school with 607 pupils on roll at present. The school is situated in twenty acres of open countryside and serves the nearby villages of Markfield, Thornton and Stanton-under-Bardon, as well as Leicester Forest East.
