Mollie Year 7 Hockey Champ
Mollie has been part of Leicester Westleigh Hockey Club since she was 5 years old. In March this year her U12 team qualified top of their group to reach the Midlands Championship where some of the best clubs in the UK took part.
This lovely group of girls have only been playing together for 12 months whereas most clubs taking part have been in long established squads.
Over 100 teams tried to get to the Midlands Championship however, only 16 could go through.
Mollies team finished 11th out of 16 teams playing (11th out of approx. 100 teams taking part), which is an incredible achievement!
