Activities included Conflict, a tricky tyre game where pupils had to cross without falling off; the Assault Course, where teams raced each other but had to start again if anyone fell; Building a Construction, which tested teamwork and problem-solving as pupils built a structure strong enough to hold four members of their form; and Cups, where pupils became “human cranes” to pick up and place cups with precision and coordination.

Throughout the day, pupils developed key teamwork skills such as communication, leadership, resilience, and creative thinking. The guides at Beaumanor were excellent and kept everyone motivated, and the karaoke on the coach journey home could definitely have rivalled The X Factor!

It was a brilliant day full of laughter, teamwork, and unforgettable memories.
