Jack H's Further Hockey Success

Jack and the Ashby U14 hockey team faced Wimbledon in the National England Hockey Plate Final.

Ashby scored 10 minutes into the first half and scored a second goal five minutes later. Just before half time Wimbledon managed to take one back so the score was 2-1 going into half time. The second half was dominated by Ashby, much to the frustration of Wimbledon.

In a last ditch effort, Wimbledon substituted their goalkeeper for an outfield player. Five minutes later, Ashby broke into Wimbledon's half and scored the final goal finishing in a 3-1 victory to Ashby.
